Isaac Zhou is the Board Chairman of the Global Institute of Security Management (GISM) and Administration Director at Mountaintop Apostolic Ministries, bringing more than a decade of leadership across corporate security, risk governance, investigations, and loss prevention. He has led enterprise-wide risk functions as Group Risk & Loss Control Manager at AMP Meats and Head of Risk, Security & Loss Control at Probrands, after formative roles with the International Security Organization (Regional Coordinator), Telecel Zimbabwe (Assistant Loss Controller), Midlands State University (Security), and the Zimbabwe Republic Police (Intelligence Operative).

A practitioner-scholar, he has studied with Africa Research University (ARU), the United States Institute of Peace (Peacebuilding), Peace Operations Training Institute (Civil–Military Coordination), CIPFM (Certificate in Forensic Investigations), Carlss (Risk & Security Management), and Morris Depot Police Training College (Police Science/Criminology).
